It’s almost time!
Congratulations on choosing you. Not JUST for you, but for everyone that you care about, hold up and dream for. Great leaders have learned an important principle, we can’t lead from an empty cup. It can feel selfish to take the time or invest the money for ourselves. But, when we have the focus of selfishly refilling so that we can SELFLESSLY lead it takes a whole new perspective.

Download the workbook and guide.
This is a Google Doc. So download a copy and use it on your journey. It has lots of resources, playlists, audio books, etc.

Some tips that helped me on my journey:
Do Not Disturb: I edited my phone setting to only allow crucial notifications through to me. Anything else waited until I wanted to check my phone. This includes 96% of your contacts :)
Intentional: Be intentional about the creation and beauty around you. Notice the clouds, the terrain, etc. Everything around you was made for YOU. Experience all of it by being present.
Gratitude: They key is gratefulness.. To be alive, to be there in Sedona, to have the courage or the stretch to make the trip.
Selfless selfishness: As men, we hold the weight of the world on our shoulders. Truth? It is and will crush us unless we take a moment of selfishness to recharge and reground. Through that, we can be selfless and continue to serve and lead.

See the Workbook! There are lots of linked playlists and audio book recommendations.
The point? Disconnect from the norm and stretch toward the new. Books, less self-help and more self reflection and vision. Music, less jam and more focus and atmosphere. Anchor into the present moment, not the familiar!
